01.Attitude: We believe a city’s vision comes through taking a critical look at its character; that includes its weaknesses and threats as well as its strengths and opportunities. A demographic analysis is a good place to start – but we take analysis several steps further, looking also at lifestyle and consumer spending trends and physically driving potential development sites. 02. Thoroughness & creativity: We do our best to investigate your city’s potential from every relevant angle. Our goal is to leave no stone unturned when it comes to finding the best development prospects for you. 03. Experience: We have conducted successful projects for a number of cities in Texas: - Developed and implemented a strategic plan for the City of Burleson that brought more than $30 million in new investment dollars
- Developed and implemented a Tax Increment Financing District for the City of Burleson for the construction of a retail power center
- Developed and implemented the first marketing and strategic plan for the NRH2O Family Water Park in North Richland Hills and negotiated more than $300,000 in sponsorships.
- Negotiated and contracted 48 acres for a private developer in Joshua for a mixed-use development
- Assisted the City of Joshua in obtaining a grant for the Trinity Rail Express Station.
- Designed a brochure for the City of Forest Hill and designed and implemented an economic development Web site for the city
- Developed a Web site for the City of Sansom Park
- Designed a public-pride mailer for the City of Sansom Park, reminding residents of code restrictions and encouraging them to clean up their properties. Code violations decreased dramatically as people began following the instructions outlined in the brochure
- Designed a Web site for Gun Barrel City, as well as a general brochure and a newsletter insert for the Dallas Business Journal
04. Economy: We recognize the constraints of economic development and have priced our services to be reasonable and affordable. | |
